  I’ve been training for over 15 years and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu full time for several years. This instructional stood out because it focuses on concepts rather than just techniques. The explanations around creating initiative, engaging safely, grip fighting, and forcing transitions from seated to supine guard are exceptionally well thought out. The material is presented in a logical progression, making it easy to understand not only what to do, but why it works. I’ve already incorporated several of the concepts into my own curriculum and they’ve had an immediate impact on how I teach guard passing.
