Effective instructions. I can use these skills from day one on the mat. Thanks JD!
Another great video full of high quality instruction.
John is hands down the best instructor there is, his ability to explain not only the how but why you do certain things helps me learn the techniques much more easily.

A LOT OF GOOD CONTENT
Great instructional
John Danaher has done what he does best. He point out all reason what I’m doing isn’t working and why. He distills techniques down to the principles that they depend on for success or failure. If you want a much harder guard to pass this is the inspirational I would recommend.
