• Really Good Overall

  This is an amazing instructional for developing your foundation of guard passing understanding. It covers a variety of guard passing strategies, and gives small variations within each style of pass. I will say the bodylock section was a little confusing, Danaher talked about the proper stance in a bodylock but when explaining the variations of bodylocks it didn't look like he used the stance. This led me to having trouble implementing it. The section with hip switch passing (sit-out is what he called it), was an area I also had trouble implementing. The section was much clearer than the bodylock, but I was having a lot of trouble successfully entering the position. Danaher only gave a small note on entering the position. The other areas of the instructional was very good, and I think this is worth a buy. I find myself constantly coming back to this instructional to refine the techniques.
