  Hands down this is top 3 ever instructionals for me. I own over 20 instructionals, a lot of melanson's. I used this instructional to create my own unique guard. It worked against everyone in my gym and since it's so different people have trouble with it. Neil goes over important details and common problems. Neil's the man and his sense of humor is the best! If you're on the fence trust me it's worth it.

  Coach Neil Melanson did another great series. Half guard bottom to get on top. To submit your opponent. He points out so well when and where to put pressure or overtake pressure to get up and take down or to sweep and submit. He also points out how to get your opponent to post to launch your attack. Highly recommend!
