• Your training partners are going to have some sore necks

  Neil does it again, lots of detail for control and strangles from the front headlock position. The handgun choke is awesome!

  This is a fantastic introduction to the front headlock and the arm in Guillotine choke. There are other topics covered here and many other cool chokes shown, but that is the main point of the video. This is great is you are looking for a system to add to your wrestle ups, counter wrestle ups, chain off of your takedowns, and many other things.
