Very detailed mount instructional for every belt level to upgrade their game.
I purchased this instructional about 2 years ago when I was approx. 1 year into my blue belt. At that point I had serious case of "Blue Belt Blues". I got my blue belt mostly based on my narrow focus on survival and escapes. But I really didn't have any top game at all. So the first year of my blue belt I was on bottom all the time when rolling and I was just focusing on not getting tapped. Then I picked this one up. The instructional is presented as a sequence taking you from low mount to high mount with a small handful of submissions, mostly armbar, ezekiel and cross collar choke. It's around 2 hrs of running time. So it's very easy to watch and start implementing in your game. And man it is effective! I spent about 6 months of drilling and testing the "sequence" and used the live feedback to correct my pressure, posture, and subs. I never really found a reason yet to do anything else from Mount since it is so effective. It completely opened up my top game, because after I got good at being in Mount and having a very good armbar from Mount, I started to think "How do I get to Mount then?". So I had to find a passing game that could take me to Mount, and I started to build escape plans and sweeps that could get me to Mount. Whenever I get to the Mount, I feel home. If you get this one and do your drilling and testing, I'm very sure you will be pleased with the results. It was the first instructional out of many where I could plug the techniques (and tactics) into my game almost immediately. I highly recommend it.
These details will help my game, I know it.
Just automatically buy whatever Roger puts out, it's always worth it. He shows again why he's a master with this series. The cross collar choke details alone are worth the price.
Excellent and Complete Mount System

Great video. Again Roger shows you how its done by the top in the game. I would say it is good for anyone with a basic understanding of jiu jitsu to intermediate level. I have definitely taken a few good techniques and tricks from this video and added it in my Arsenal.
