This one is one his best instructionals. Covers slot of details on finishing triangles with of lots of check points so you can recognize what to do when. I've hurt my ankles and broke both my pinky toes squeezing like **** when the guy just isn't tapping. if I saw this before, I would have made the right adjustments and finished easily.

Coach Neil Melanson did another outstanding instructinal! This one is about triangles form closed guard and K-guard set ups and some half guard set ups too. For myself the most important section was the break down of the ideal lock of the triangle as well as the uniion of the legs and amrs to finish non-traditional triangles - ones where you may see the shoulder and did not get certain angles. Another great value for me is the kumura series within this insturctional as well as the concept of always going for the triangle and the arm if availaible or can be get available. The instructions are underlined by overall concepts of the given positions and on point and in an logical order to make an easy understanding happen. Highly recommend!

I have always struggled with the triangle since I started. This instructional was a game changer. The best part was Neil's details on how to finish the submission and where to go if it starts to fail. Neil also has a ton to entries that are pretty easy and very effective if you drill them. As with a Neil's content I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

This is amazing, I love Neil. Being a larger fellow 6'4 240 lbs. I feel as though his content is for us larger fellas. Neil wrote the book on Triangles and I would suggest picking it up as this is a great companion piece. It's worth your money, if your terrible, good and excellent at pulling off triangles. This will help to make you that much better.

Neil is one of the best instructors on this site and triangles are his specialty. I bought his book as well which has a lot of great info. I'm still bad at triangles, but I will keep going back to this as a great reference.

As always a great instructional from Neil, there is a TON of high level information on triangles. Everything from set ups, adjustments, finishes, plan B's, overall tactics etc

As someone with an extensive Judo background who has been cross-training BJJ, Neil's material has helped me tremendously. His finishing details alone, helped revolutionize my triangle attacks from guard. Additionally, his sections on Kimura options from triangles, and K guard triangle entries alone are worth the cost of the instructional. Though the instructional stands on it's own, it also works as an excellent complement to his book. Highly recommend!
