Every video from Mr. Danaher that i have is exceptional. So much detail and i am always impressed by watching how easy he makes it look. If there is a bad thing to his videos it's this, I could spend 3 years on one video that maybe an exaggeration but you understand what I'm saying there is so much information packed in these videos to feel like you have everything and get this stuff down it would be years and I have like 7 or 8 of his instructionals so I'm good for the rest of my life!!! You won't be disappointed
You will be hitting more triangles and finishing them before you even make it to the second part.
Good
John danaher triangle instructional is very very good. I thought the triangle wasn’t my thing but he has now opened up so many options.
John’s knowledge on every submission goes deeper than you can comprehend. I was almost not going to get this product thinkg I had the triangle locked down . I’m so glad I have this he uncovers concepts about the triangle that make your submission and entry very precise rather than hoping it works. And the versatility that he brings with it.Thank you John.
Very good

hh
detailed and excellent!
After studying this instructional, I find it difficult to revert back to the original way I was thought. The old way just seems impractical to me now.
Teaches you all 5 systems of the triangle. Details on mechanics are incredible. Some of the entries are not easy but still so much to take away. My highest recommendations
The best details from the man himself
This series is encyclopedic in its coverage of the theory behind, entries into, and finishes for triangle chokes (strangles). i particularly enjoyed the chapter on rear triangles.
Easily the best triangle instructional available
Always good content
Great instructions even for short legged people
Awsome
As always, Danaher delivers a full intro to advanced course. This covers triangle finishing mechanics and many proactive and reactive triangle submissions. Great course, would recommend to anyone.
