Very good instructional for players who don´t like to high leg. You learn how tuo disengage and stand up in a save way. Very good and straight to the point with every important detail you have to know.

It is a decent video, but it is in the wrong price category, there just isn't enough content to justify the price tag. But if you get it on a daily deal then it's worth it.

weird start, overall pretty good.
I didn't like how it started, it seemed random & I didn't know why he was explaining everything but a getup in the beginning lol. It comes around tho! I liked the 2nd half a lot 🤙

I have been kickboxing since 2002 and practicing Jiu-Jitsu since 2008. I have always viewed my Jiu-Jitsu as my first line of defense for standing back up and my game has reflected that. With these added Concepts and new ways of framing my ability to stand up from previously pinned positions has increased dramatically. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Brilliant instruction from Charles and Chris I enjoy their ways of teaching the concepts and find it simple to implement when on the mats This ties in really well with craigs power bottom and just stand up

First off i have several instructionals on here, including Giles + Danaher. This is up there with them in terms of quality though the delivery is very different. This DVD is more theory heavy. The fundamental movements are quite simple but do require practicing and discipline but you can implement them immediately to enormous advantage. A game plan that makes you and everyone you roll with better. Buy it

I bought Chris Paines “How to Defend Against Everyone” and it made my defense better after one viewing so I decided to buy this one as well. Same result. As good players start to get passed my guard instead of curling up like a dead spider I throw on my collar tie and heist myself out either to reguard or stand up. I didn’t even need to drill this to get it to work in live training. I no longer end up in bottom side control and I don’t have to turtle. Great instructional.

Paines & Harriot are both excellent instructors! This instructional has helped my defense a lot, giving opponents one more thing they need to account for. I have not really seen this type of game much before very recently, so you will surely catch a lot of people of guard with this stuff!
