Good introduction into strength and conditioning exercises. Very little equipment required and the explanations of the exercises and mechanics behind them are detailed and easy to follow. If you're new to BJJ and strength and conditioning then this is a good starting point.

Simple exercises explained in detail. I received this for free during the pandemic so big thanks to BJJ Fanantics for their generosity.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great addition to training
I felt as though my time in the gym wasn't transitioning to my time on the mats. I've found that focusing on these movements has helped me move with more confidence while training. The e-book does a great way of laying out routines for you to use also.
