as explained in title. Very informative instructional.
Another great product Danaher.

excellent
Great instructional very detailed
Great tutorial covering essential fundamentals with good attention to detail that is easy to understand and replicate.
Excellent gameplan for playing the top game in the Gi
A more concise instructional, but helps me deal with bigger and stronger opponents. While I’m not that old, there are always people stronger than me, so thats why I got it.
Comprehensive overview of the options for the top player who prefers to conserve their energy in their rolls.
Great instructional
Comprehensive and useful as always.
Very good. Danaher always has clear explanations and useful tips. Hours of content with enough to benefit beginners and the more experienced.
Excellent content that can help all ages and levels.
Winning
Great options for top based game for guys who want to conserve energy and work efficiently.
Thoroughly explained, multiple angles. My biggest takeaway was learning to slow down the fight and pass guard with connection
very helpful instructional
top game older athletes
Providing a great strategy for older guys like us to fight back!
Really good top game system. Perfect for those who want to start with Danaher's systems, but don't want too deep into the woods. Relative beginners and intermediates will benefit from this instructional irregardless of age.

I love John and Brian. They are both are living examples of what being an older less athletic grappler that can still keep up with room full killers looks like.
I enjoyed it. Good stuff on takedowns from standing and the passing section is awesome as well.
Mr. Danaher's instructional for approaching your opponent as a older, less athletic person is helpful for me as I've grown older. He teaches principles to approach your opponent which helps prevent scrambles for dominance whenever something happens. You are given tools to work with from so many positions along with a focused mindset for submitting your opponent. I recommend this instructional.
Very good and pretty well rounded
