  Everybody is teaching half guard these days, but here we can find new and interesting stuff, like the arm saddle positions.

  I love this instructional. Not to say that a beginner butterfly half player won't get anything out of this, but I think this instructional really shine after you've experimented with the position a bit. It has answers for a lot of the problems you can run into. It helped me step up my game a lot.

• he makes half butterfly actually work

  Eoghan does a fantastic job at actually setting up half butterfly attacks. it's so easy for your partner to just disengage from half butterfly if you don't already have an upper body attachment. he does a great job at using knee shield to secure upper body grips before then using the half butterfly to its maximum potential. best half butterfly instructional out there right now.
