this dvd was so good my coach now hates me
great instruction on situations that are realistic and based on high percentage reactions of an opponent. easy to follow and understand.
I was already using the shoulder crunch but how to set it up and adding the choi bar to my half butterfly became a game changer for me!
downright sloppy
Great!
I like that you can watch the instructional content and then see the techs being hit in matches. Eoghan also has a super chilled vibe and nice voice, doesn't harp on about the anatomy and give insightful pointers which can actually be applied during sparring. Perfect amount of autism.
Immediately implemented into my game
awesome
10/10
This is arguably my favourite instructional, changed my game, I have watched it several times with things still to learn
great details
This dvd has improved my game in such a huge way. it's very digestible and has got me thinking about the dilemma of upper/lower body. highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their open guard
I am a butterfly specialist and he gave me great ideas to deal with the arm weave from butter half. thank you!
Exccellent for learning Choi bar details, counters to defences
Best Butterfly Half in the game! I started using the basics right away with great success.
all content what I want to learn
covers very well all the variations of the position
covers very well all the variations of the position
No unnecessary talking. Straight to the good stuff. Battled tested techniques. 10/10
great explanations of how to get reactions
great details.
I won’t be able to convey how amazing this instructional is. The techniques are genius. Logically organized. Easy to watch with no fluff. As far as the techniques - imagine lounging on your right side, butterfly hook in, defending your opponent’s attempts to pass, then suddenly you have them in a submission! Learn how to double your grips and your strength as you confuse your opponents by switching between upper and lower extremity attacks. It was new and detailed material for me. Stop getting smashed and become dangerous from the bottom. Eoghan speaks the King’s English and he explains things like intricate toe and thumb positions expertly. Perhaps one of the best courses on bjj fanatics.
Great content very useful information
Eoghan gives precise instruction and good tips and sequences to follow.
This is formost the most cost effective product in bjj fanatics I ever saw
