  Although the videos may seem brief or short, I think they’re well explained and provide a good overview of how it works or how it should be applied. I think they could be helpful for those who already use some kind of technique but want to fine-tune the details. Excellent technique, audio, and video.

• direct, helpful, good value

  For me, this was definitely worth the purchase. The instructions are clear and efficient. There number of techniques is plentiful but they are all variations on a core theme, so it's not overwhelming. I prefer this style of instructional to one that provides a massive catalogue of techniques that I'll neither learn nor use. My only complaint is that the conceptual and strategic overview at the beginning is very minimal. Still, this is nice b/c of the tight focus on just two positions and the key techniques that work best from those positions. Plus, it's less expensive. I hope Fanatics will put out more of these. Personally, I'd vote for even fewer specific techniques/variations and a bit more on the conceptual and strategic side of things.

• Perfect Training Reference Format

  The Fast Track format is a game changer. Under an hour total means I actually finished it and keep coming back to specific chapters right before rolling. That kind of targeted review has done more for my retention than rewatching hour-long videos ever did. The system itself is complete and logical: knee shield to single leg half guard to deep half, with a clear decision tree for each reaction your opponent gives you. Bernardo's emphasis on timing and positioning over athleticism makes it ideal for older grapplers who want a game that holds up long term. Highly recommended.

  Ive watched most of Farias work and use it in my game It took him to the top, it can do the same for me I love his over under, and half guard videos. To be able to get a lightning fast refresher on them is priceless. Immediately started hitting the faria sweep on everyone and now have a quick resource to come to figure out their counters Another master stroke by Faria - releasing the fast track series... I wish every instructor had them
