One of the best instructionals on the subject. Great info. This product is as good as any Gordon or danaher dvd. Strangles and takedowns to front headlock position, can't say enough.

I love attacking from the front headlock position so this is the perfect material from one of the best grapplers around very articulate - no doubt from working with Danaher - but not as intense or over indulgent.

Lots of quality details on how to finish various guillotine chokes. Overall, this is a solid series and Bodoni is a good teacher.

The break down in which Giancarlo gave was amazing. It’s a position and place in which any grappler that’s been in the sport for a while or a new practitioner can learn and take something away from. I look forward to getting all other instructionals from the ADCC champ. He’s got a great story from humble beginnings to where his is now. I hope to meet him and learn from him one day.
