As a white belt, all I have been focusing on is survival and maybe a bit of escape. This program has helped me to not only become comfortable with being in bad positions and resting to see the opportunity but, better yet, the natural transitions into escape opportunities. Some of the escapes that I thought seemed far to outlandish to actually work turned out working amazingly well. Surprisingly effective and an amazing addition to anyone looking to add tools to their toolbox of escape and managing bad positions.

Great content. Jeff has a way to explain complex Jiu Jitsu in simple words. Jeff's videos are like legos. One piece suits the next. For example defense/guard transitioning to offense with the use of arm drag. Thank you Jeff

Pure Gold from Jeff Glover. Dry easy to understand instruction. As an older guy, I no longer have the flexibility or pull a few of these moves off, but still plenty of stuff on the program that I can easily utilize in my rolls!

Really appreciate this video. I’m new to BJJ but a life long martial artist. Thus far in my training in BJJ not nearly enough time seems to be spent on escapes/defense….this video really helped me to understand underlying principles of using leverage and my opponents own movements to facilitate escaping. Great video.

Good overview of escapes. Shows a few different types of escapes in the positions he goes over. Some you can only pull off if you are very flexible.

I started out in kids bjj and after some years finally made it to adults class. I would get smashed and all I knew was a couple gimmick escapes. This deepened my understanding of escaping and I noticed immediate changes in my escape game.

I would recommend Get Off Me Fool not only to those beginning jiu-jitsu, but for those that have been training for awhile as well. Jeff does an excellent job breaking down his escapes while keeping it fun and engaging. I was instantly able to take the concepts he is teaching and use them in live round situations on the mat. Reviewing key escapes can really help you open up your offensive game and this instructional is a real value. Easy to understand for all levels.

White belts and small guys this is a must have, unless you don't want to learn escapes for all the positions that "****". Even knowing these escapes you'll still need "good luck" as Jeff says throughout the video. Without this info you're getting smashed perhaps killed in the streets. It's practically free. BUY IT NOW.
