Side control has always been a transitional position for me where I just try to go to the mount or north-south. This instructional has changed the way I look at it. Huge improvement for me in both submissions and pinning control overall.

This is my first John Danaher that I’ve bought and I can see why they’re so highly rated. I’ll definitely be buying some others.
