Another great instructional from Neil. Always providing very detailed instructions that make the difference!
This instructional covers the topic of ARM TRIANGLES from top to bottom. Great buy!
Solid technique on some of my favorite strangles! Plus, a few BRUTAL finishes I've never seen!
This really really helped my arm triangle game. I go for it and secure it more now
Great instructional. Easy to understand.
This video is a great standalone instructional to the arm triangle, but also builds on Neil's many other videos. You can see where the techniques shown here flow into techniques and positions explained on other videos. Very useful, particularly if you are a fan of Neil's other instructionals.
lots of small but important details on finishing a difficult to master strangle
Great for MMA & submission grappling. The exlanations for the arm triangle helped my game immediaty. Highly recommend.
Neil is one of the best instructors out there. I find arm triangles very easy to catch, but not always easy to finish against strong opponents. The details in this series are game changing.

It's really good to improve your arm triangle choke (but only the arm triangle)! But the way things are taught is a bit to slow for me.
This is more than an instructional; it's an experience. Neil Melanson is not just a coach; he's a grappling sage whose teachings will forever alter your perception of head-and-arm chokes. So, if you're ready to embark on a journey of submission enlightenment, Buckle up, because Neil Melanson is about to twist your mind and strangle your doubts into submission!
I had modest success with the head-and-arm choke as a beginning practioner when I'd roll with other beginners. I loved this choke, but had sloppy, ineffective technique. Neil's deep dive into this move is helping me clean up my technique and reintroduce this great weapon back into my game.
Lot of great details and concepts to improve your game and easy to follow and plug into your game
There's not much about arm triangles out there so this one is really special :)
Great instrucitonal
great
Great stuff, packed with lots of fantastic set ups that have already helped me improve my arm triangle game dramatically. Great stuff.
Coach Neil does it again with this instructional! He provides a master class for the submission such as body positioning and the maximization of pressure. The grapevines are a game changer and worth it for that insight alone. Always worth your money, can’t wait to check out the Yoko Sankaku instructional soon! :call_me_hand:
Some excellent tweaks for the arm triangle as well as other sequences if for some reason you can't finish. Couple of extra little gems in there too for good measure.
As both a coach and an athlete I am always looking to up my game. I love this one for myself as an athlete, it easily applies.
Shows you the nuts and bolts of proper head and arm chokes
As always, neil with the bangerss!!
One of the best teachers. I highly recommend all his videos.
I like the kata gatame and wanted to understand it better, especially how to incorporate it my (early developing) game. This was a great investment -- I've taken many of the concepts onto the map and into private lessons to make sure I can really apply what Neil demonstrates. I'll probably be working on different aspects of this video for a long time yet, but I found it a trove of clear, useful, and immediately practical instruction.
