Careful with this one, you might love it.
Neil is one of my favorite bjjfanatics content producers, guy puts out unorthodox stuff that is incredibly fun and useful. This particular series gets used almost daily when I roll. Pick it up and put it to use!

Neil delivers s thorough arm triangle instruction as a submission, position, transitional grip and set up for a whole of other subs. If you want to learn it or even if its already a primary attack in your game - do yourself a favor and study this instructional. Ps I learnt my best high percentage triangle setup from side control in this vid. Was worth forbthis setup alone.

I love this submission but wanted to learn how to apply it properly instead of cranking. This plus some Ryan Hall tutorials on arm triangles have greatly helped me make this my main attack as a white belt. The games and different ways of getting to an arm triangle has been really great. I love the kesa gatame option! Easy to understand technicalities and I still go back to the videos from time to time and discover things I didn't absorb before.

This is the 3rd instructional of Neil's I've purchased. Easy to understand, clear and concise. Camera angles are great. His techniques and tidbits have upped my ability to initiate and finish the move, and I love the other options he provides. His sense of humor is also hilarious.

Many training partners including me also have been quite uncertain when doing arm triangle. Has it been a neck crank or has it been strangle? Sometimes both or sometimes neither. Following Neil's instructions I quickly learned effective way to do the arm triangle and been also able to teach it to my training partners. Now I can do it quite easily with one hand. Strong recommendation for this!

Neil really breaks down and understands choke mechanics. Getting a north south choke with long arms has always been a struggle but Neil shows different ways to get the choke that finally make the choke work, plus way more chokes, strangles and cranks

there are some nice set ups and also a lot of useful tips for guard passing and some great control positions for mma. very useful stuff from Neil I was playing around with some techniques from the series and I really liked them.
