Power Ride: A New Philosophy On Pinning
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
The concepts presented in this instructional are pretty mind blowing. I've started training these control techniques and they felt counterintuitive at first because (as he points out) the techniques I have trained over the years are geared around certain sport BJJ rules. But, after working with the positions and techniques, it was very apparent how good these techniques are to establish top control. Craig Jones is great at teaching these concepts, and really thinks outside the box. In this instructional, he says that these concepts are not meant to replace the techniques you've been training, but to supplement them to create a more dominant top control uninhibited by any sport BJJ set of rules. All in all a fantastic no gi instructional that adds another dimension to your game, and (quite honestly) has elevated my excitement and love for BJJ. I look forward to more instructionals like this from Craig Jones!

Elevate Your Closed Guard
Closed Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Just had my second competition ever and ended up winning gold in my division thanks to this instructional. Even just watching the "side scissor" portion of this video gave me what John refers to as a "strong first move." I felt far more comfortable and dangerous with an opponent in my closed guard. I used to view closed guard as a holding/stalling position, but I got 4 submissions from my closed guard at this last tournament! Can't recommend highly enough.

The Art & Science Of Ground And Pound Part 2 by Greg Jackson
This is something you won't learn from any other martial art and only exists in MMA. It looks like there isn't much in this from the descriptions of each section, but there is. This totally change my game for ground & pound. I've never thought of most of this stuff and I've been training and watching fights for years.
