Inside Guard Secrets Half Guard and the Knee Crunch by Kieran Kichuk

Excellent as always
De Worming The Butt Scooter by Joel Bane
Coach Bane has put together a quality instructional here. He demonstrates some great Catch Wrestling concepts and techniques for dealing with guard pullers, particularly those who utilize butterfly guard (although the concepts apply across the board). Because of that, this one is probably a little more competition oriented than previous material by Coach Bane. As always, he is a stickler for the small details, which is one of my favorite things about him. He could absolutely "muscle" the techniques if he wanted to, but he doesn't. He focuses on the small, critical details that pay huge dividends when applying the techniques. His love for the art of Catch Wrestling always comes through in his videos. There is only one negative to this video, and that is the fact that the camera work is a little bit off. I don't know why, but the camera goes in and out of focus more than a few times, particularly in Volume 1. Not a deal-breaker, by any means, but it was noticeable. I can't put that on Coach Bane, cos he's not the one running the camera, but it does happen, so be aware. I had to knock half a star off for that, so my overall score on this one is 4.5. In any case, there are only three instructors who I will buy their videos immediately, and without question, and Coach Joel Bane is one of those. If you want to start learning Catch the way it should be taught, you cannot go wrong with Coach Bane.
