I heard Jozef Chen mention this was one of his favorite instructionals so I bought it and it has changed my top game. I highly recommend this.
Not a topic I’d seen discussed before but it’s extremely useful and effective. Once you start to clear the knees in a passing scenario if you can catch a leg ride and **** the hips then you can tire out your opponent as you look to gain upper body rotational control. This has become an important part of my game.
I literally never use side control anymore. Thanks Craig.
Craig Jones does a phenomenal job breaking down on how to control the top position. Will be drilling utilizing these concepts in the training room
Straight to the point and dives into methods new to BJJ
I love how unique his approach is, good to make your rolling partners ask where you learned it haha.
I'm 95% a danaher instructional guy bc I like the long format. but this is probably the best collection of moves like this that I've found. this stuff will tie together your whole top game. I started using some of the upper body grips and went from people complimenting my guard after rounds to now almost everyone says something my top pressure and transitions.
Craig shows the community new pi
Great instructional
game changer.Very useful for grappling and mma
Gets really really good around the third video. Good for beginner or advanced. Takes the guess work out of top game. Usually added to your existing game. I recommended highly.
Absolute game changing
Easy to get started with, works very good
Game changer
my teammates hate rolling with me when i use power ride and i love it
powerful system very good
Refreshing new perspective on how to control and wear down your opponent.
This instructional is fantastic! Craig is obviously entertaining, but also what he shows really works. I had been frustrated by how easily people sometimes escaped from back/mount/side control and this has made it easier to maintain dominant positions. The leg rides also induce your opponent to make mistakes, which has naturally led to more submission opportunities
If you like wrestling, youll like this
Side Control has never allowed me to pin someone. There is alot of options here that will help you keep someone pinned to the mat for your next move.
This is unbelievably effective and the instruction is clear enough that a beginner can still follow along.
very improve my bjj
Very Technical and educational, while being engaging and fun.
excellent details on leg pins
