• How to keep guys from standing up

  This is the best course I’ve ever seen at shutting down athleticism. Guy is bigger , stronger and more athletic, this how you mitigate those attributes. The Dagy MMA fighters knows this very well. Well done Sir.

  After watching snippets of YT and trying to pull them of I had a need to get this product - and oh boy money well spent. The conceptualization of Craig Jones is amazing, being able to pin people 20kg heavier than me easily. The idea of a "strong" position is not what it seems and how weak people are after you drain them a bit has completely changed my game.
