Definitely one of the more eye-opening instructionals I've ever watched. Made me rethink a lot about my game. I really like the control focus and ways to prevent the opponent from standing up.
would recommend to everyone
One of my favorite instructionals that I have. I train with a lot of big people and this has been very helpful

Cool concepts and Craig is funny.
He is probably the most unlikely person to innovate the sport, but this is the change in BJJ we need. I wish I would of had this when I started but I'm glad the new guys have this framework to begin with.
Have had these concepts used on me but never explained this in depth
I have been getting dominated by this content and now I am looking to learn it myself.
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning
While Craig and friends are very charming in this product, the techniques outlined are both effective and painful. My training partners have been unable to escape, and they now seem to be avoiding me. Two thumbs up. Thanks Craig and baby seal.
I am always rushing to get to mount but I never can keep my partners pinned and they end up sweeping me. This changed m mind on what is in fact a dominant position.

Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning
I mostly train BJJ for the MMA context and this system works so perfectly for both. If I am able to pass someone's guard then I can reliable hold them down with these techniques. Sometimes I actually feel bad because when done correctly you feel like you are degrading your training partners. 10/10 would pin like this again!

New approach of pinning. It's true that some position give points but dont give you the best control. Really smart
Top game improved greatly by applying these control mechanisms. Im very surprised at how simple these techniques are and how effective they are in my roll.
Something you don't typically see in BJJ but is one of the most applicable in BJJ for MMA.
