  I had stopped training BJJ as a white belt for 4 years, I thought it would be hard coming back from this but this instructional had me rolling with other white belts easily and I even could try to be competitive with the blue belts!

• Simple but not easy

  I started playing this position from day 1 since I started BJJ. The details that Bernardo shows are incredible and it really made be believe in the over under position even more. I play it with both white and black belts.

• Perfect for beginners

  As a beginner my priority was to not hurt somebody so I wanted to do all the moves as slowly and controlled as possible. This can be frustrating because often you have to be fast, but not with this pressure passing. I had huge succes with these tecniques!
