amazing
Great instructional
The system is outside the box, but everyone will find something useful. For the old guys needing to slow things down, Priit's system might be the thing.
I learned all my BJJ guard games from Priit. Such a great instructor. Understand and step up your guard game. You will learn all the concepts to play your guard.
Priit's approach to defence is brilliant and a game changer. It might look odd but once you embrace the techniques it works.
Every sec of video is important for improving your game
It's easy, 3 steps. Step one buy this DVD, step two train it, step three be annoying in your gym :joy:.
Great principles on how not to get your guard passed. Very easy to understand and implement right away.
Good concepts, I look forward to using this in class
The open guard is a very challenging position for the beginner, as well as for the advanced grappler sometimes. There are too many options (sweeps, submissions, back takes etc.) and it’s easy to get lost and not have your priorities down. That’s when Pritt’s minimalistic approach comes to your help. He mainly tells you what NOT to do, rather than showing a thousand different techniques. Easy to understand and apply, no matter what kind of open guard you play.
I find myself enjoying Priit’s approach and content more an more as an older practitioner. Instruction is top notch and explanation of the guard system is excellent.
Simple concepts that word so well
Really focusses on the minor details and not over extending yourself
One of the most interesting instructionals with new principles amd ideas which are good structured and easy to understand and apply from day one. It is fun to see others work the way around what you are doing
Fine stuff as we grow older.
I love the way Priit is teaching and explaining the guard retention system. I also agree with what he teaches. I like this style. I wish I could train in his school. I will buy all his instructionals for sure. I understand Jiu-jitsu better now. Thank you!

This is a great system of principles that will help you develop an open guard game. I wish I had found this earlier!
Definitely improved my guard retention. Felt like some of it could be explained a little better.
Really great stuff. I love the approach Pritt takes.
This is a great conceptual instructional, principles-based and simpler to apply than a series of techniques. Priit's approach and teaching style really resonate with me, this is stuff you can begin to incorporate right away.
Cool concepts really structured well
So defending from bottom against standing opponent is the setting, and there is key concepts and details to be learned. the 360 "shield" sticks with me after having worked this for a while.
Solid breakdown of the guard retention.
Always good stuff from Preiit
