Listened to this before my recent tournament and it helped a lot! I loved getting this insight from one of the worlds best. And also seeing how he approached training all the time, not just when he has a tournament coming up. Highly recommend.

Bernardo gives great insights for competition. Will watch these videos many times!
Wish I had this earlier. All questions about competing answered
Thanks for the instructional
Bernardo has excellent diction; the way he speaks and approaches topics is outstanding. The course covers many questions that some of us ask ourselves when it comes to competing—and not just that—it also touches on everyday situations in some ways. It's worth listening to.
Good info on how to get your mind prepared for competition.
Grateful for the timing of the release of this. World Masters this weekend in Vegas. Bite sized advice. Thank you Bernardo!
Bernardo Faria has competed and won at the highest level against the best in the world, a five time world champion when he has knowledge to share you would be smart to listen.
A look inside the mind of a champion.
Very wise content
Changed my mindset
Great honor to learn about a champion mindset and preperation
It changed my way of approaching competitions
Love the mindset and life lessons. Totally agree that so much of any sports is about psychology and system based approaches. Great and easily understandable lessons with Bernardo’s fun and chill narration
As a different kind of professional in a different industry, after 25 years I may have a different kind of "black belt" but it's fascinating how many mindset similarities carry over. Mental resilience, running into fires everyone around you is running away from (i.e. choosing tough rolls over comfortable/easy ones) , staying motivated, being pleased with your progress but never satisfied, always learning, etc... this is all solid life advice as much as it I'm sure helps with Jiu Jitsu. Thank you for taking the time to make this course, I watched it straight through without pause :)f
Can tell why he won as much as he did.
Bernardo offers some rare insights into the mindset, training and learning strategies of a world champion! Such a great and insightful series of videos. Highly recommended!!!
This is very good for your mindset, it’s was great to get insight into a champions mind, it has helped me think in a different way and learn what it takes to think like a champion. I will watch it again because there is a lot of good mindset shifts to really understand and incorporate into my mindset.
Great topics and thought on things that I think are as equally important as the physical skills.
Lots of wisdom both for beginners and seasoned competitors. Very often it's not the technique that lacks and thus leads to losing but a distracted state of mind. Time to fix that, go for this instructional.
A great course to find answer's to your questions. Bernardo did really great explaining.
