Everyone should buy this one.
I love listening to this as a refresher right before a tournament. Once you know all the content you go to the ones you like.
I have a competition coming up and very excited to implement this advice. Already feel more prepared because now I know what to do during the competition week and day.
Bernardo, please, make more videos about this subject. Thank you very much.
It was a huuge honor for me to watch this instructional however I would say it is best suited to beginners for picking up some first time mindset prep for competition rather then a deeper level insight into the mindset required to be a champion.
A very interesting contribution to the instructional genre. Answers tons of questions people would normally want to ask a World Champion!
This is by far one of the best mindset instrructionals. Bernardo is brutally honest with what he does, in daily training, how he prepares for matches and what types of help he gets from e.g. sport psychiatrists and so forth.
Excellent, a terrific insight for all athletes:ok_hand:
Excellent information.
Great Video with a lot of information about the mindest „Game“ Thanks for that !!!
I've purchased a lot of different instructionals, and it is nice to see how different champions approach training. Bernardo has a lot of good fundamental information regarding how to approach training and dealing with the competition itself.
A great video to sit down with the audience and tell some advices about how to do good in BJJ, or be a "Champion." A lot of psychology behind this. And most importantly, it's to make a champion out of yourself. You don't have to be a world-champ. But, it's a good idea to be "the best of yourself" and I think this and Tom DeBlass's "Road to Black Belt" will help you a lot on your journey.
I am happy that Bernardo Faria decided to go over a mindset in this dvd. It really helped me to see what I need to do to improve my mindset. Bernardo really does a great job to help people realize the balances we all need in this life, and how we should have an open mind to learn and apply these things. I recommend all to get a chance to purchase this and use it to help improve/establish a mindset.
I know most of the time we are looking for videos that deal with techniques and positions but I feel this one is just as valuable as it deals with the overall mindset. It’s great to learn new techniques but even more important to keep training.
