  Listen, you want something that will change your game and make an impact. This instructional does that and offers a nice other option to the inside guard retention philosophy of New Wave. The only caveat is that being flexible really helps with this instructional, which I am, but if you are not might be tough.

  There is so much information, going to take a long time to understand it all but if I get to that point, my guard will be incredible. Definitely helps to be flexible but there’s some great advice in there for helping that as well.
