great stuff really easy to absorb. looking forward to adding this stuff to my game.
As a younger grappler under 30 years old, I realize that I will eventually be an old grappler. Why not build my game around old guy bjj techniques now so I dont have to change my game later? This instructional gives fundamental escapes with high level details to make escapes require a lot less physicality. Highly recommend.
This was full of reminders of great basics plus a lot of new material I’d never seen before. Great for an old guy like me!
Great instructional for older practitioners.
great really liked it
Bernardo keeps it simple. Nothing flashy. Just fundamentally strong and efficient. Highly recommend for older less athletic athletes.
Really enjoyed this instructional very effective escapes without burning to much energy
Really solid timeless positional escapes. Enjoying it a lot.
Great stuff
Really good content and different applications. One of my favourite videos on escape.

Its great
Such an inspiration and great influence for bjj! your generosity is greatly appreciated! I have no doubt the instructional will be gold because it's from Faria!!!
Very detailed
Bernardo it’s always great
Bernardo knows what he's doing. He's always fought on the edge of his guard.
Essential soultions for white belts who wants to stop being smashed. Worth the price.
Im 40 and I Train for many years and it’s good to have this perspective as well, you dont have to stop ja, you just need to change things
Amazing escapes for less flexible people
Really good instructional for anyone, but especially older, slower people. Was able to implement a lot of stuff immediately in training, highly recommend!
Bernardo describes tricks which determinates adult competition belts to exhaust more against oldies but goldies players... if you are slower, less streched or you have lower back pain... do not leave it without purchase.
Excellent addition to your library of learning.
I like Bernardo, but some of his other instructionals are not very systematic. They are a collection of individual techniques. This one is significantly more systematic, giving you different options on how to respond to threats by your opponent. It feels foundational in building basic skills first, then giving you alternatives should that basic option fail. I am already using some of these in my classes, and I have become more slippery for the higher belts. I can give trouble to blue belts and purple belts, but I move too slow for brown belts and black belts. Still, even those classmates have noted how much harder it is to hold me down. Definitely worth watching and re-watching this series.
A large selection of tips from experts… highly recommend!
Very efficient ways of escaping.
