• Clear, useful, systematic: A value for all levels

  I have several of Bernardo's instructionals, and they have all been good. But this is one of the best. His explanations are clear, the video quality is high, and the progression is systematic (building upon previously learned skills, both reinforcing what you learned and expanding upon them). As a 44 year old, smaller stature white belt, this has already been useful at frustrating younger, more competent grapplers.

  I truly appreciate how Bernardo breaks things down into a system. As an older Jiu Jitsu athlete, these positional escapes are essential. To some degree of another, I instinctively knew a lot of them without having specifically been taught the escape. Bernardo’s ability to systematize a series of potential escapes from a particular position is an absolute must for us old guys trying to up our game.
