Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Lots to digest, I purchased
The Turtle System by Henry Akins
Lots to digest, I purchased this course because it’s a common middle position I found myself in so wanted some direction with it. As with all instructionals you’ll get most out of them if you have a handy willing training partner willing to let you drill over and over. I don’t have that luxury :( so…. I find myself watching chapter/move and write it down in phone notes. Otherwise it just goes into the part of my brain that holds mostly junk information. So writing it down and reading the breakdown few times a day and visualizing it seems to help me a lot. Get stuck/caught/reversed somewhere in turtle then go home and do more homework, the answers are in the instructional. Henry is my favorite instructor because of his clear speech and he repeats the important stuff often and really describes why, not just what.

Scientific Gripping Systems For Jiu Jitsu by Travis Stevens
As a jiujitsu practitioner with no formal judo training; this video helped me understand gripping and manipulating the Gi jacket in different ways. Travis delivers high quality knowledge and easy to follow techniques. This is always a great reference from beginners to long time practitioners. Always a pleasure to have Olympic style techniques.

The Buchecha Arm Bar by Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida
Overall great content by mr.almeida. Very detailed and straight to the point. However i find the mount variations to be perhaps a little non efficient to implement during rolling. Side note is that I have only been trying it for a month, so i believe with practice and with slite modifications it will be a given staple in my game.
A very good instructional

This instruction is very conceptual and therefore it may start off slow for some. But the concepts and strategy are what makes the moves effective. Definitely a good video to understand the why behind the how.

Shoot To Kill: Wrestle, Scramble, Submit by Garry Tonon
Tonon's instructional has very creative entries from lower body and upper submissions from successful and failed takedowns. Also, he shows many counters from vulnerable positions like before and after being taken down. I was most impressed by how he utilized the funk roll and the many creative leg lock entries. If you want to improve your wrestling, scrambling, or leg locking, this is the instructional for you.

Systematically Attacking The Back by Gordon Ryan
As usual, Gordon Ryan's instructional go much deeper than just teaching the fundamental moves. What I appreciate most is how he shares his strategy and goals for multiple scenarios and then shows little details to support his approach. Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Outstanding fundamentals
Survive and Escape by Matt Thornton
I have bought a lot of great videos from BJJFANATICS, but this is probably my favorite due to the focus on and explanation of fundamental movements. Like a lot of people, I’ve been guilty of giving up on ‘basic’ techniques that seemingly didn’t work and looking for new options. I’m finally realizing that these fundamentals work well, and it was my understanding and/or execution that was the problem. Matt Thornton’s details on this topic are excellent.

This program prepares the initiate or practicing teacher with every course of action necessary to instill & reinforce the knowledge required to pass on to their students. This course prepares you for the dynamic between student & teacher, as well as planning & structuring of the lesson itself. I feel like he touches base on a lot of important aspects of presenting a class session that any practitioner could benefit from. Another great addition, thank you fanatics!
