Excellent information presented in an easily understood and effective manner. I was able to immediately add many of the concepts and techniques to my game
Catch inspired side control.
Filthy Cross Body Attacks by Neil Melanson
This video was a fantastic purchase, my instructor at my gym uses a lot of catch style wrestling techniques and getting this helps me see more of what my instructor just shows us a little of. This video pairs well with Neil's Catch Wrestling Formula video as well, which is more of a higher level overview of his side control with a lot of cradles and some half guard passes.
Ideal Instructional

Lachlan Body Lock Pass Study
The Body Lock Pass by Lachlan Giles
This was a great instructional to watch, For me personally it leveled up my passing game and really helped me neutralize positions like the butterfly guard and seated guards against opponents my level and even given trouble to higher belts. Great instructional lachlan explains it so well definitely pick up if your looking for some good passing instructionals. cheers!

got this later in my white belt days and most of these details built the foundation for my guard passing into now purple belt. it's the gift that keeps on giving. my most referenced instructional by far. no fluff no bs just straight to the point effective bjj
Great insight!
As an amputee in the sport of BJJ I find this video extremely helpful. His solo drill section was a game changer, especially when he shows what a gramby roll is supposed to look like for an amputee. I review this video frequently and, like how he has it broken down into sections so I can skip to what exactly I am looking for. This training has improved my game drastically. I enjoy the look on my training partners faces when the go to pass my nub and I catch them in the arm bar. It’s priceless. I highly recommend this video to any amputees or coaches of amputees. You won’t regret the purchase!
Really Good!
The Daisy Fresh Curriculum: Blue Belt - Gi Bundle by Heath Pedigo
Really like the techniques and details that are covered, and for the most part the teaching style is very watchable. I'm sure it is hard to find the line between showing enough reps/angles and too many, but in my opinion these videos lean toward too many. Watching H.P. demonstrate the technique from a few angles, then watching one of the students demonstrate from a few angles, while H.P. coaches and points out details is plenty in my opinion. By the time you get the third guy doing the same thing it is a lot of repetition when I've got a Rewind button that works just fine. Good series, glad I bought it, but keeping lessons a little more concise would make it better I think.
Great fundamentals
BJJ Balance Mastery by John Gibson
I Really enjoyed this instructional series
Nikolaz Meraklı Kuruyemiş
Fundamentals Of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu: Introduction To Meregali's No-Gi System by Nicholas Meregali
I really enjoyed the 'First Steps in Nogi' DVD, it was excellent. Great for beginners, but I also think there are some overlooked points for advanced practitioners. I believe there should be a continuation of this series.

As an amputee in the sport of bjj this training series is greatly insightful. Rustin does a great job breaking down movements and various positions key to being successful in the sport. I watch this video frequently and, it’s nice he has it broken down into sections so I can skip to the part of the video I want to focus on. This training series has definitely improved my game.

Game Changing
This material has changed my approach to jiu jitsu. Formerly a guard player, I've now diversified my techniques beyond just pulling opponents in. Now i'm mixing it up. It's opened up a whole new world of jiu jitsu for me, revealing elements I hadn't explored before. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their game.
