  Lachlan is always an excellent instructor. He moves quick, so I'd say having a drilling partner ready to experiment with the concepts as he covers them would be optimal. I'll definitely be using this as a reference to troubleshoot my bodylock.

• Great series on Bodylock Passing for regular people

  Lachlan is one of my favorite instructors because I feel like I can relate better to him than to a lot of the physical freaks that dominate the top of the BJJ foodachain. Lachlan has done it with skill and grit and this series shows you the details he uses to hang with and beat younger, more athletic opponents. I've had great success with the concepts he covers in this series and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to take their passing game up a notch.
