• Master Different Ranges of Half Guard

  This instructional is incredibly well designed and comprehensive, covering multiple types of half guard at different ranges. Some of the content is what you would expect: entries to half guard, recoveries, sweeps and submissions. None of the concepts are explained repeatedly for minutes on end though, meaning meaning you get much more content per minute. Something I loved was a summary of the game plan per position. What my primary attacks are vs my opponent's options.

Every concept from positioning and frames to entries into deep half and knee shields,is explained in a structured way that makes it easy to digest and apply.
