• A wealth of knowledge.

  I'm only half way through and already I've seen so much and in great detail. The way the course is laid out is great too. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who hates shoulders.

  This is a great source to refer to time and time again. Very unlikley that you'll watch the whole thing end to end, but there's likley to be a time that you want to introduce / polish a type of kimura and this is great to refer to.
