  As usual Prof Giles delivers another outstanding course on the saddle. If you ever wanted to learn about this position, I cannot recommend this course enough. Very clear and concise details. The most important thing for me is that the details cover what if scenarios. There is never a perfect situation in BJJ and Prof Giles covers all possibilities when using this technique.

  A great and detailed instructional. Lachlan’s a fantastic teacher. I really liked his top saddle position and the double 50/50. He also shows lives rolls where he is using the techniques. A great bonus is the summary at the end!
