  I have a lot of different leg lock instructionals, and even though this one is primarily about the 50/50 position, it is one of the best overall instructionals out there. If you could only focus on one leg lock series I would recommend this over any others.

  This is a must have if you play legs. Though most leg attacks utilize inside position, you’d be crazy to neglect the outside foot position/ 50-50 game
