  The defensive parts are some of the best ones. The descriptions on how to stay safe are the most valuable components. I feel safer in leglock shootouts since trying out some of the principles from this series.

  The single-best leg-lock instructional I have ever seen. Lachlan covers all aspects required to have a strong leg-lock game. He covers keeping the knee-line, reclaiming it, the saddle, the 50/50 from the bottom the top(passing/escaping) and how to finish from there.
