The Cowcatcher
The Cowcatcher by Neil Melanson
Melanson is awesome. This instructional was so good, I ended up getting a few others by NM, including Cradle of Filth. I started trying to use the Cowcatcher in training at the start of a round, in order to break down my training partner's posture, and was having some nice success with it... and if I can do it, I am sure you can as well! Also leads into a lot of subs. Recommend for sure. Melanson is super funny (gallows humor), and also very genuine.
