Bricks Kesa Gatame System by Jeremy Brick
This position is underutilized in BJJ and Jeremy is one of the best to help you understand its benefits and how to make the most of it. This is the most comprehensive tutorial I have seen from Kesa. Whether you want to end up there or it happens by accident, these concepts will help you win.

Unique and helpful
Jiu Jitsu for Old Guys: Over / Under Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
I really like the way this instructional is designed to show actually teaching it and hearing explanations to questions. It really helped me to understand details that would probably be glossed over in a more normal instructional. The only thing I would change is at the beginning show step by step how the over/under pass works and the key details. If I hadn’t seen other material on this pass before, I would have felt pretty lost in the beginning.
Choi bars from the source

Jeremy’s Kesa training is excellent
Bricks Kesa Gatame System by Jeremy Brick
I had the opportunity to attend Jeremy’s Kesa Gatame seminar live, and it was a game-changer. His step-by-step breakdown of the position was incredibly detailed and easy to apply. Since the seminar, I’ve used his concepts in live rolls with great success, and pieces of what he taught even helped me secure my first tournament win. If you want to refine your control and submissions from Kesa Gatame, this seminar is a must!

The way of the goose
The Way of The Goose by Neil Melanson
This video is based on a particular finishing detail, but it has a lot of chokes and entries in it. A lot like how his modified guillotine video was on a bunch of entries to different guillotine type chokes, this is a bunch of entries to chokes you can use this finishing detail on.

Master The Move: The Anaconda Strangle by John Danaher
The Anaconda has been a favorite of mine for years. It always kind of flowed naturally for me and I didn't realize how many details there are. John really helped refine the move for me and troubleshoot the areas where I would lose the choke. Great video. Recommend for anyone who wants to learn this strangle.
