half guard mastery
The No Gi Half Guard by Bernardo Faria
Bernardo’s game from half guard is top tier and dynamic. not only are you given sweep, wrestle up, and submission options from half guard, Bernardo also shows you where half guard connects with other guards such as half butterfly, closed guard, deep half, etc. meaning he gives you a complete game as you don't always have thr luxury of staying in half guard. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to play half guard or who wants to get better at it.
