Great overall series, really enjoyed and getting a lot out of it. I would have liked a little more info getting started. It starts with a few assumptions about what you know given this is tagged as beginner friendly.

Lachlan Giles is a good teacher. He makes his videos so you can come back to a problem you encounter during your rolls. While his commentary is very detailed, he starts with concepts.

Essential and Worth Every Penny
Great comprehensive guide. As he states, don't watch it all at once but it works great for routine maintenance as well as looking up counters to bad positions or movements after training. 100% recommended through and through. Like all of his instructionals, it's worth its weight in gold.
