I'm 56, long passed picking up techniques or changing my game. I'm more interested in the principles and concepts that make the techniques as effective and easy to understand as possible. Garry and the entire DDS evolution is truly a "new wave!"

Can't go wrong with Pedro Sauer. One of the best bjj instructors! Tons of experience (50 years) and a lot of knowledge. Great explanations of technique and little hidden details that make a BIG difference . I have all his instructionals. Hoping to see more in the future. But most of all I'm inspired of how long he has been on the mat and hope to be trading well into his age. Longevity in this game is key!
