Spider Guard
Everyday Porrada Spider Guard by Romulo Barral
Such a strong guard and a brilliant way of learning it!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Dean Lister
anything he comes out with regarding legs I get. His knowledge is invaluable!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent details on kimura usage
Kimura System by Marcelo Cohen
Marcelo provides details and demonstrations from multiple angles on the kimura grip and submission. The advice about pinning your elbow to theirs is gold! If this video had a little less assumption of prior knowledge on what the kimura is, and if it offered a more systemic approach of why things work, it would be a 5-star video. Still, you are getting more than your money's worth by purchasing this instructional!
