I was looking for some new tricks for z guard to start attacking legs, and I got that from these videos, but I found Kichuk's tips on grip fighting and off balancing even more helpful. I love the way he gives you pathways for your attack sequences starting with an off balance and grip battle, leading to more and more complicated scenarios based on defensive reactions. Very clear instruction, multiple angles, easy to see and hear.
