The De La Riva System Part 2: Knee Torque, Overhead and Submissions by Mikey Musumeci
Great details
Amazing Instructional
Effective Greco Roman Wrestling: Advanced Arm Drag Offensive Tactics by Pat Smith
I have purchased all of Pat Smiths instructionals and found them incredibly useful, but this new arm drag instructional was especially good. The highlight of the instructional was isolating the foundational mechanics needed to make drags work and amazing insights on foot placement and foot work which I have not seen in any other arm drag instructional and which I found to be a game changer. I highly recommend this instructional for any grapplers and I hope we will get to see more of Pat Smith in future instructionals.

Bricks Kesa Gatame
Bricks Kesa Gatame System by Jeremy Brick
I loved it. I’ve had problems in the past getting rolled from this position. In the first 5 minutes of the video he identified my issues. I can’t wait to drill what I’ve learned on the mats. I really liked how he included competition videos of him executing the techniques he was teaching.
