I am not 100% convinced by the technic and the content is a bit too basic for my taste… Not only is he talking about sexy armbar but also the content is a bit too sexy so I cannot really focus on BJJ …not complaining about that.

Shoot Fighting Submission Systems by Yoshiaki Fujiwara
Fujiwara-sama is an absolute legend in the world of shoot-style wrestling and mixed grappling in Japan. He trained under another grappling legend, Karl Gotch, and has enormous influence as a trainer. The man knows his business. The instructional itself isn’t long but is packed with less common ideas and techniques, such as hidden wrist lock transitions, “defense position” attacks, and Neck cranks & foot/ankle work. Although I think anyone can glean useful details from the instructional, folks with a few years of grappling experience will get the most out of this nutrient-dense video. Also, although Fujiwara-sama instructs in Japanese the translation is good and clear. Highly recommend.

Adele Fornarino is an amazing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete who, despite being in the lightest weight class, was the first woman to win the ADCC open class. I truly admire her achievements. Her demonstrations are clear and very helpful. I enjoyed this video so much that I definitely want to purchase her other DVD, "Overhook From Everywhere!!".
