I love Marcelo and his butterfly game is unmatched. I was hoping this would provide structure to my drilling/classes. WhileI found the overall concepts to be covered in depth the actual application of the move or drills to use were left more to the viewers imagination. I would recommend this for someone who already plays butterfly guard and has had some success on the mats with it.

We drill Estima Locks in our academy, but I won't be able to use them in live rounds until I'm a Brown Belt. Good details and a good review. It's probably still good to know all the details so I can recognize the danger right away if someone unknowlingly throws one on me while visiting. Great instructor, clear, and speaking from many years of experience.

My professor showed us the Assassin Choke from the crucifix position, but I didn't realize how many variations and entries could be used! He told us that Barry was very successful with this move throughout his career. This would be a great jump-start for anyone wanting to know more about the crucifix position. Clear steps from many angles. Very useful/important details.
