Exit the System
Exit The System by Garry Tonon
I have just received my blue belt and now I feel like it’s time to leaven some of this. Whenever I am arm barred at the gym I just tap preventatively because I don’t want to get injured and I don’t know how to escape properly. I’m going to use this now and become untameable thanks Gary.
This is my video so you will have to trust me 😂

Another great instructional
Systematically Attacking the Guard 3.0: Inside Camping by Gordon Ryan
This is a great instructional, but inside camping is better for longer periods of time not ideal for 5 minute rounds. I give this 5 stars because I used the low head camping right away with success. This is what’s really important right? The head high camping was a little weird for me and this is a shorter instructional than most of his other ones.
